The University of Alabama at Birmingham will host the 2018 Innovations in Wellness conference Friday, Dec. 7, at the Birmingham DoubleTree hotel.
This event features speakers’ providing insight and best practices for an array of topics, such as health disparities and health literacy, the opioid crisis, the undermanaged impact of employee obesity, and the value of a financially healthy workforce. The conference will begin with opening remarks provided by Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin, followed by a special session focused on leaving a legacy of leadership, presented by former Regions Bank CEO Grayson Hall.
