She is a professor of law, associate director of the Law-Medicine Center and Oliver C. Schroeder Jr. Distinguished Research Scholar at Case Western Reserve. Yearby earned a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan, a master’s from Johns Hopkins and a juris doctor from Georgetown University.
