JUAN ARMANDO ROJAS JOO
JUAN ARMANDO ROJAS JOO has been appointed associate dean for diversity and inclusion at Ohio Wesleyan University. Rojas is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Modern Foreign Languages at Ohio Wesleyan. Rojas earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a doctorate from the University of Arizona.

JAYATI GHOSH
JAYATI GHOSH has been appointed dean of the School of Business Administration and a professor of international business at Widener University. She was associate dean of the Barowsky School of Business at Dominican University of California. Ghosh earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Calcutta in India, a master’s from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, and a doctorate from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

LATANYA BUCK
LATANYA BUCK has been named dean for diversity and inclusion at Princeton University, effective in August. She was founding director of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Central Missouri, and a doctorate from Saint Louis University.

MARIA MARTINEZ ITURRIAGA
MARIA MARTINEZ ITURRIAGA has been named executive director of the Berklee College of Music campus in Valencia, Spain. She was associate dean of enrollment and career development at Berklee. Iturriaga earned a bachelor’s from the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música in Spain, a bachelor’s from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, also in Spain, and a master’s from New York University.

MOHAMED LACHEMI
MOHAMED LACHEMI has been appointed president and vice chancellor of Ryerson University. He was interim president and vice chancellor of Ryerson. Lachemi earned a bachelor’s from l’Université des Sciences et de la Technologie d’Oran in Algeria, and a master’s and a doctorate from L’Université de Sherbrooke, also in Algeria.

KENDRICK T. BROWN
KENDRICK T. BROWN has been named dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Redlands, effective July 1. He is associate dean of the faculty at Macalester College. Brown earned a bachelor’s from Mount Union College, and a master’s and a doctorate from the University of Michigan.
