ANDRE FORTUNE has been appointed assistant vice president forstudent affairs at The University of Texas at Arlington. He currently serves as assistant to the vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Fortune earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Kansas, and a doctorate from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

LEAH BORNSTEIN has been named president of Aims Community College in Colorado, effective August 1. She was president of Coconino Community College in Arizona. Bornstein earned an associate and bachelor’s from Bradford College in Massachusetts, a master’s from the University of Vermont and a doctorate from the University of Denver.

SHEILA RADFORD-HILL
SHEILA RADFORD-HILL has been named chief diversity officer of Dominican University in Illinois. Radford-Hill was executive director of the Diversity Center at Luther College in Iowa. She earned a bachelor’s from DePaul University, a master’s from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Columbia Commonwealth University.

RICARDO JACQUEZ has been appointed dean of the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Construction Management at California State University, Chico, effective August 1. He is currently dean of the College of Engineering at New Mexico State University. Jacquez earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from New Mexico State, and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.

ANDREA LEWIS MILLER has been appointed president of Lemoyne-Owen College in Tennessee, effective September 1. She was chancellor of Baton Rouge Community College. Miller earned a bachelor’s from Lemoyne-Owen, and a master’s and a doctorate from Atlanta University.
