AKINLOLU O. OJO
AKINLOLU O. OJO has been appointed associate vice president for clinical research and global health initiatives at the University of Arizona Health Sciences. He was a professor of medicine and the Florence E. Bingham Research Professor in Nephrology at the University of Michigan. Ojo received a bachelor’s and an M.D. from the University of Lagos in Nigeria. He earned a master’s from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an MBA and a doctorate from the University of Michigan.

JOSETTE SHAUGHNESSY has been named vice president of financial and administrative operations at El Paso Community College (EPCC). She was interim vice president of financial and administrative operations at EPCC. Shaughnessy received an associate from El Paso Community College, and a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Texas at El Paso.

ANGELIQUE EAGLEWOMAN was appointed dean of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada, effective in May. She is a professor of law at the University of Idaho. EagleWoman earned a bachelor’s from Stanford University, a juris doctor from the University of North Dakota and a master’s from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

CARMEN SOLORZANO
CARMEN SOLORZANO was appointed chief of the Division of Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Surgery at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is a professor of clinical surgery at the medical school and director of the Vanderbilt Endocrine Surgery Center. Solorzano earned an associate from Miami Dade College, and a bachelor’s and an M.D. from the University of Florida.
